Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Demi Chef de Partie to manage the dedicated Butchery section. This specialized role requires expertise in meat fabrication, portion control, and ensuring the highest quality standards for all protein items served across the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise butchery work, including trimming, de-boning, cutting, and portioning all meat, poultry, and fish items according to specifications.
- Manage inventory of the butchery section, ensuring minimal waste and correct rotation of stock.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and equipment maintenance in the butchery area.
- Supervise junior staff (if any) and assist in training related to butchery standards.
