The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a talented Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Pastry to assist the Chef de Partie in running the Pastry section, focusing on specialized creation of desserts and high-quality pastry products.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in monitoring inventory, quality control, and minimizing waste in the Pastry section.
- Supervise Commis Chefs and ensure the station maintains hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a DCDP or Commis 1 in a professional hotel or high-end pastry kitchen.
- Specialized training or qualification in Pastry Arts.
