Naama Beach Villas & Spa is hiring F&B Captains to supervise and lead service operations within the resort's restaurants. The role involves team supervision, quality control, and ensuring an exceptional guest dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a shift leader, overseeing and coordinating the service team (Waiters/Runners) in the outlet.
- Ensure all service standards and protocols are strictly followed.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in table allocation, inventory checks, and service staff training.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an F&B Captain or Team Leader in a hotel or resort environment is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
