F&B Hostess

The Tower Plaza Hotel is looking for a gracious F&B Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel’s restaurants. This role ensures a warm welcome, efficient seating, and accurate management of reservations.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival at the restaurant or outlet.
• Manage the reservation system, seating charts, and dining room traffic flow efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus, providing preliminary information.
• Handle guest inquiries and phone reservations professionally.
• Ensure the host station and entrance area are kept clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (1-2 years) as a Hostess in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Exceptional grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume seating and reservation systems.
