F&B Manager

MENA Hotels is looking for an experienced and results-driven F&B Manager to oversee all Food and Beverage operations. The manager will be responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency across all dining outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B operations, ensuring quality and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team, managing schedules and performance.
• Manage inventory, control food and beverage costs, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with all hygiene, safety, and local licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Hotel experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in F&B management, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• All candidates must be available in the UAE for a direct interview.
