F&B Supervisor

Jannah Hotels & Resorts is urgently seeking a customer-focused F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be passionate about hospitality and available to join immediately to oversee daily F&B operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet (e.g., restaurant, café, room service).
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor service flow, manage table assignments, and handle guest complaints and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory control and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

• Passionate about hospitality and dedicated to customer focus.
• Available to join immediately is a priority.
• Minimum experience (3+ years) in F&B service, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of F&B service procedures, inventory management, and hygiene standards.
