F&B Supervisor

SHE Burger UAE is hiring an F&B Supervisor with specific experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. The role requires leadership and coordination skills to oversee overall outlet operations and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service quality and speed.
• Coordinate staff duties and workflow between the kitchen and front-of-house.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist management with inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of QSR experience is mandatory.
• Leadership and coordination skills preferred.
• Candidates based in the UAE and available for an immediate start are preferred.
