F&B Waiter / Waitress

Jannah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a customer-focused F&B Waiter / Waitress to join the team immediately. This role is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service and ensuring guest satisfaction in the hotel's dining outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests according to hotel standards.
• Take accurate orders, communicate clearly with the kitchen, and process payments.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, tables are properly set, and supplies are stocked.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all guests and team members.

Requirements:

• Must be a customer-focused team player.
• Available to join the team immediately.
• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
