Food Runner

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct guest tables rapidly and accurately.
• Assist the kitchen staff by ensuring plates are garnished and look professional before leaving the pass.
• Communicate with waitstaff regarding special guest requests or dietary restrictions.
• Clear empty plates and silverware from tables to assist the service team.
• Refill water glasses and assist with general table maintenance.
• Support the back-of-house team in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Requirements and Skills

• Physical stamina and the ability to carry heavy trays.
• Fast-paced worker with a sense of urgency.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• UAE experience is preferred but entry-level candidates currently in the UAE will be considered.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
