Food Runner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and team-focused Food Runner with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen to our guests' tables, maintaining high standards of service in a dynamic fine-dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently to the appropriate tables.
• Assist the service team in maintaining the dining area's cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with guests.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a food runner, ideally in fine dining settings.
• Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with Cantonese cuisine and service style.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attitude: Team-oriented with a positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented and organized.
• Language (Advantage): Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
