Food Safety Officer

• Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems across all catering operations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of kitchen facilities, equipment, and processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with Abu Dhabi food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Investigate any food safety incidents or complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Train catering staff on proper food handling, hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all food safety activities.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities during inspections.
• Requirements:
• B.Sc or M.Sc in a relevant Life Science field (Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc.).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in food safety. Industrial catering experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Certification in Food Safety Level 3 or HACCP Level 4 is required.
• Thorough knowledge of Abu Dhabi food safety regulations.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
