Food Servers

The Tower Plaza Hotel is looking for experienced Food Servers to provide attentive and professional service across its various dining outlets. This role is key to delivering memorable F&B experiences to hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly between courses and after guests depart.
• Handle guest requests and process bills accurately and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (1-2 years) as a Food Server, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
