Front Desk Agent

• Responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and manage room assignments using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle basic cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing guest accounts.
• Address and resolve guest requests and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask during peak hours.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or a customer service role, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office systems (PMS), check-in/out procedures, and basic cash handling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude, professional grooming standards, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
