Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-in, check-out, and reservations, ensuring a welcoming experience and efficient service at the Front Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest payments, process registration, and manage room key assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and address service issues professionally.
  • Utilize the hotel Property Management System (PMS) for all Front Office transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a hotel environment is required.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
