Job Description
Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-in, check-out, and reservations, ensuring a welcoming experience and efficient service at the Front Office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest payments, process registration, and manage room key assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and address service issues professionally.
- Utilize the hotel Property Management System (PMS) for all Front Office transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a hotel environment is required.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
