Guest Request Runner

The Guest Request Runner ensures the prompt and discreet delivery of all requested items to guest rooms (e.g., extra towels, amenities, iron boards, etc.). This position requires efficiency, discretion, and a dedication to fast, flawless luxury service, directly contributing to guest satisfaction scores.

• Responsibilities:
• Promptly and courteously deliver guest requests to rooms as dispatched by the Order-Taker.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when entering guest rooms.
• Assist the Housekeeping team with stock replenishment and inventory tasks.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled correctly and recorded accurately.
• Requirements:
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina to manage repeated movement across the hotel premises.
• Prior experience in a bellman or runner role in a hotel is beneficial.
