Job Description
Palma Beach Resort and Spa is hiring a Guest Service Agent (GSA) to work in the Front Office, managing check-in/check-out and being the primary point of contact for guest needs throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle room key assignments, process payments, and manage guest registration accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Hotel Receptionist is preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software.
