Guest Service Associate

Nehal Hotel Abu Dhabi is hiring a Guest Service Associate for dual roles in F&B and the Bell Desk. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are customer-focused and eager to gain experience across different hotel service departments.

Responsibilities (F&B Support):

• Assist with basic food and beverage service and setup/clearing in outlets.
• Provide quick and courteous service to dining guests.

Responsibilities (Bell Desk Support):

• Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery upon arrival and departure.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests.

Requirements:

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE only will be considered.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and a passion for customer service are required.
