Head Barista

COMO LOUNGE is seeking an expert Head Barista to lead the coffee service and team in their Dubai location. The role involves crafting exceptional coffee, maintaining world-class service standards, and supporting the Quality Controller in ensuring the highest quality in all beverages produced by the Dubai team.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the Dubai coffee bar and lead the barista team.
• Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages consistently.
• Train and supervise junior baristas on all technical and service aspects.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and the bar area is hygienic and well-organized.
• Deliver world-class service to every guest.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Barista in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
• Expert knowledge of coffee preparation, flavor profiles, and service protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
