Job Description
The Head Bartender will lead the bar operations, managing the bar team, developing the cocktail and beverage menu, controlling stock and wastage, and ensuring all drinks are prepared consistently and to the highest standard. This role requires both creative flair and strong operational management skills.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a premium, high-volume bar or nightlife venue.
- Skills & Knowledge: Advanced mixology and spirits knowledge, excellent leadership, inventory management, and cocktail cost control expertise.
