The Head Chef will oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen budget and procurement, quality control, staff management, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. You will set the tone for the entire back-of-house team.
Requirements
- Experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Head Chef, specifically with strong proficiency in International Cuisine in a high-volume, premium setting. Pre-opening experience is highly valuable.
- Skills & Knowledge: Proven leadership, financial acumen (cost control, inventory), and deep culinary expertise.
