• Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the service staff, ensuring adherence to all brand service standards.
• Manage table assignments and ensure efficient service flow and quick turnover.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
• Train and coach junior staff on menu knowledge, upsell techniques, and luxury service etiquette.
• Ensure all food and beverage preparation and delivery are flawless.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Captain, or Supervisor in an upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B standards and service protocols.
