Almed Retail is seeking an experienced and charismatic Head Waiter to take a leadership role in service delivery at our upscale restaurants and outlets. This role involves setting service standards, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

?Location: Upscale restaurants and outlets in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.

?Key Responsibilities:

?Oversee the dining floor during service, ensuring high service standards are met.

?Lead, train, and motivate the waiting staff.

?Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.

?Assist the management team with opening and closing procedures.

?We are looking for individuals with:

?Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within F&B.

?Strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
