Responsibilities:
- Lead the service team on the floor to ensure all guests receive premium care.
- Handle complex guest inquiries and assist with staff scheduling.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service.
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a senior server or head waiter.
- Excellent command of service etiquette.
- Locally based in Abu Dhabi.
