Head Waiter/Waitress

Roberto's is seeking professional Head Waiter/Waitress and Waiter/Waitress staff to deliver meticulous service. Candidates must have experience in luxury dining and the ability to anticipate guest needs, contributing to an overall memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with luxury fine dining protocols.
• (For Head Waiter/Waitress): Maintain a strong leadership presence and mentor junior team members.
• Anticipate guest needs intuitively and provide prompt, discreet service.
• Ensure accurate order taking, communication with the kitchen, and professional payment processing.
• Ensure deep knowledge and execution of Italian, French, or Mediterranean service styles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or fine dining (Michelin/star-level is a plus).
• Expertise in Italian, French, or Mediterranean service styles.
• Strong leadership presence (for Head Waiter/Waitress).
• Multilingual: English essential; Italian, French, Arabic, or Chinese desirable.
