LETOCaffe is seeking a professional and welcoming Hostess for its Abu Dhabi location. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, managing seating, handling reservations, and setting a warm, professional tone for the dining experience. Exceptional appearance, poise, and strong communication skills are paramount for this role in an upscale environment.

• Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and seat guests according to reservation strategy and restaurant flow.
• Manage the reservation system and accurately quote waiting times for walk-in guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Coordinate closely with the Head Waiter and service team on table availability.
• Handle phone inquiries and manage guest expectations professionally.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Hostess in a premium café, restaurant, or upscale dining environment.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Strong organizational skills for efficient table management.
