Hostess

• Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the restaurant reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure a smooth seating flow.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hostess stand and entry area.
• Coordinate with serving staff to manage table turnover and waiting lists during peak hours.
• Conduct official email correspondence in a competent and professional manner.
• Farewell guests and invite them to return.
• Requirements:
• Preferably more than one year of work experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, preferably in fine dining.
• Intermediate or above level of spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to conduct official correspondence by email in a competent manner.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
