- Warmly greet and seat guests according to established rotation and seating plans.
- Manage the reservation system and accurately quote wait times.
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate effectively with the Waiter and Head Waiter team on table availability.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Hostess or front-of-house role, preferably in fine dining.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable).
