The Hostess is responsible for greeting all guests warmly upon arrival, managing table assignments under the guidance of the Head Hostess, escorting guests to their tables, and providing accurate waiting time estimates. You are essential for maintaining the positive, energetic atmosphere of Kapitol.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or a similar service environment.
- Skills & Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a professional and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle administrative tasks related to seating and reservations.
