Hostess

We are seeking a warm and energetic Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our authentic Lebanese restaurant. The Hostess is crucial for managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests efficiently, managing the reservation system and waiting list.
• Present menus and provide information about the restaurant's offerings.
• Ensure the host station and dining area entrance are tidy and presentable.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries and directing calls.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry and a passion for great hospitality are highly desirable.
• Excellent grooming, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-traffic periods with grace and efficiency.
