Gulf Contractors is hiring an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Officer with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration is beneficial, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
