Gulf Contractors is hiring an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Officer with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration is beneficial, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
