- We are seeking a highly professional and experienced HR cum Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. This dual-function role requires a candidate who can seamlessly manage human resources operations while ensuring the administrative and operational flow of the office remains efficient and supportive of the management team.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee all core HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management cycles.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the management team, including calendar management and professional correspondence.
- Office Operations: Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office, managing facility requirements, office supplies, and administrative tasks.
- Portal Management: Maintain and update property listings on various real estate portals and manage database accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all company policies and employee records are in strict compliance with the latest UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of solid experience in HR and administrative roles within the UAE.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with HR software systems.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labor Laws and residency/visa regulations.
- Language: Russian speakers are preferred to support our specific client and team demographics.
