ASM Tourism is seeking a highly organized and experienced Inbound Travel Supervisor to oversee and lead the operational aspects of all inbound tourism activities. This supervisory role is key to ensuring client satisfaction, negotiating competitive rates, and efficiently managing operational budgets and a team of executives. Candidates must possess significant UAE inbound travel experience.
?Your Role at a Glance
?Oversee all tour operations: hotel bookings, transfers, guides, excursions, etc.
?Negotiate contracts and rates with hotels, transport companies, and activity providers.
?Lead and supervise a team of inbound executives.
?Prepare tour costing, quotations, and operational budgets.
?Good Match Requirements
?Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in DMC Operations (UAE), with specific Inbound travel experience being essential.
?Language: Fluent in the German Language.
?Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
