Bakery & Café Supervisor

Banan Bakery is hiring an experienced Bakery & Café Supervisor to join its opening team at DIFC – Gate Avenue. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong floor leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced café and bakery environment.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring service quality standards, managing staff performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience from day one of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café and bakery floor operations during shifts
• Coordinate and support baristas, cashiers, and service staff
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food presentation standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
• Support management in training new team members

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in a café, bakery, or restaurant
• Strong English communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in floor supervision and team coordination
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

• Start Date: Between 15 – 22 February
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Mandatory 2-day trial shift
