Bartender

L’ETO Caffe is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our new restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end or luxury hospitality environments and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards, engaging with guests professionally, and maintaining a clean, well-organized bar area. You should have excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

? Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages
• Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests
• Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Manage bar stock, report shortages, and reduce wastage
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Comply with UAE alcohol service regulations and company policies

? Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant or café
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
