Position Overview

Foodlink Global Restaurants & Catering LLC is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee luxury dining operations in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in restaurant management, guest experience excellence, team leadership, and revenue-driven operations.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and service teams
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury dining standards
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
• Control costs, manage inventory, and support revenue growth
• Implement SOPs and maintain brand standards consistently
• Prepare schedules, performance evaluations, and reports

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Background in luxury dining, fine dining, or premium restaurant concepts
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest handling
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
