Tumbi Hotels Dubai The Palm – Tapestry Collection by Hilton is looking for a confident and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.

As a Hostess, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest’s first impression of the restaurant. Your responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and waitlists, escorting guests to their tables, and ensuring smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.

You will maintain a polished front-of-house presence, handle guest inquiries professionally, and support service staff during peak hours. Ensuring guest satisfaction, managing table flow efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the reception area are key parts of the role.

The ideal candidate has previous hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a genuine passion for guest service are essential.
