Bell Boy

Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Bell Boy (Arabic Speaker) to join its front office and guest services team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering warm, courteous, and professional service to hotel guests.

As a Bell Boy, you will play an important role in creating positive first impressions by assisting guests with luggage handling, directions, and general support throughout their stay. Candidates with prior hospitality experience are preferred, though freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate with front office staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas.
• Provide prompt assistance with guest requests and inquiries.

Candidate Requirements

• Arabic language skills are mandatory.
• Previous hospitality experience in a similar role is preferred; freshers may apply.
