As a Bellman / Driver, you will assist guests with luggage handling, provide transportation services when required, and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Assist guests with luggage handling and room escorting
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Safely drive guests to designated locations when assigned
• Maintain hotel vehicles in clean and good condition
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge
• Follow hotel safety and service standards
• Handle guest requests professionally

? Driver-Specific Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle) – Mandatory
• Clean driving record
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules

? Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–2 years experience in hotel bell desk or driver role
• Strong customer service skills
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Good communication skills in English
• Flexible to work shifts
