Head Waiter

L’ETO Caffe is hiring an experienced Head Waiter to support our service team in delivering refined, luxury dining experiences at our new Abu Dhabi location. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of premium service standards.

The Head Waiter will act as a link between service staff and management, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest satisfaction, and consistent service quality.

? Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support waiters during service operations
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service
• Maintain high service standards aligned with the brand’s expectations
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Coordinate table reservations and service flow
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas

? Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in high-end hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage service standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
