Position Overview
Foodlink Global Restaurants & Catering LLC is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee luxury dining operations in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in restaurant management, guest experience excellence, team leadership, and revenue-driven operations.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and service teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury dining standards
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
- Control costs, manage inventory, and support revenue growth
- Implement SOPs and maintain brand standards consistently
- Prepare schedules, performance evaluations, and reports
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Background in luxury dining, fine dining, or premium restaurant concepts
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and guest handling
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
