Restaurant Supervisor

L’ETO Caffe is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our new restaurant in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for service excellence.

The Supervisor will ensure smooth front-of-house operations, maintain service quality, manage staff performance, and uphold the brand’s premium standards.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service consistency
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Support management in implementing operational procedures
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
• Monitor service efficiency and staff productivity

? Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in high-end hospitality or restaurants
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service flow, and guest handling
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
