Senior Floor Supervisor

AMAYA is hiring an experienced Senior Floor Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in its upscale dining environment. This role requires a strong hospitality leader who can manage service excellence, supervise floor teams, and maintain the highest standards of guest experience.

The Senior Floor Supervisor will act as the bridge between restaurant management and service staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise restaurant floor operations during service hours
• Manage and guide supervisors, head waiters, and service staff
• Ensure fine-dining service standards are consistently followed
• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Monitor staff performance and support ongoing training
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SOP standards
• Assist management with reporting and operational improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a senior supervisory role
• Strong background in fine dining or premium restaurants
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
