Telephone Operator

Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman is looking for a One Touch Service Agent (Telephone Operator) to join its dynamic front office team. This role is central to delivering seamless communication and exceptional service experiences for hotel guests.

The successful candidate will manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, handle guest inquiries professionally, and support various departments by acting as a key communication hub within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage guest calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and service coordination efficiently.
• Maintain accurate call logs and service records.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Represent the Radisson Blu service culture and brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
