Waiter/Waitress

Banan Bakery is hiring Waiters and Waitresses to support front-of-house service as part of its new opening team in DIFC. This role suits hospitality professionals who are customer-focused, energetic, and eager to deliver excellent service in a bakery and café environment.

You will be responsible for guest interaction, order service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve bakery items and drinks efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit
• Communicate effectively with baristas and kitchen staff
• Follow service standards and hygiene procedures
• Support team operations during peak hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a café, bakery, or restaurant
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
• Team player with a positive work ethic

• Location: DIFC – Gate Avenue
• Start Date: Between 15 – 22 February
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Mandatory 2-day trial shift
