Tumbi Hotels Dubai The Palm – Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently hiring an energetic and service-oriented Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team.

In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, and ensuring food and beverages are served in line with brand and quality standards.

Your daily duties will include maintaining table cleanliness, resetting tables, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal, and responding promptly to guest needs. You will also follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures while working closely with fellow team members to maintain a smooth service flow.

The successful candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.
