72 Hotel, well-established hospitality properties in Sharjah, are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Waitress to join their Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about guest service and ready to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and courteous manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve meals and drinks according to hotel service standards

• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable at all times

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures consistently

Candidate Requirements

• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates

• Available to join immediately

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service

• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
