Junior Barista

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Barista to join the team and prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, including traditional Arabic coffee, for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring barista to receive training and gain experience in a professional restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, adhering to standard recipes and quality control.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system for beverage orders.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality and provide courteous service to guests.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• A strong passion for coffee making and willingness to learn complex techniques.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred, but training may be provided.
• Attention to detail and a customer-friendly attitude.
