Core Responsibilities and Expectations

• Hygiene and Cleaning:
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage units.
• Operate the dishwashing area, ensuring all crockery, cutlery, and cookware are cleaned and stored properly.
• Preparation Support:
• Assist the cooks with basic food preparation tasks as directed.
• Manage the organization of kitchen stock and supplies, reporting inventory needs.
• Physical Stamina:
• Requires good physical stamina to handle continuous standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Readiness:
• Must be an immediate joiner for this full-time role.
