Kitchen Steward

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a Kitchen Steward to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role is fundamental to the safety and efficiency of all F&B operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, stoves, and equipment.
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries and supplies.
• Ensure garbage disposal areas are cleaned and managed properly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher, preferably in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks (lifting, washing).
