Kitchen Technician

We are hiring an attentive Kitchen Technician for a full-time, immediate position in our Dubai/Abu Dhabi operations. This role is vital for minimizing downtime by ensuring all essential kitchen machinery and equipment are fully functional and properly maintained.

Core Responsibilities and Expectations

• Equipment Maintenance:
• Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigeration units, mixers, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and promptly repair equipment malfunctions to avoid disruption to kitchen operations.
• Installation & Setup:
• Assist in the installation and setup of new kitchen equipment as needed.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the kitchen meet safety and operational standards.
• Inventory & Reporting:
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for quick repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and service history accurately.
• Readiness:
• Must be an immediate joiner for this full-time role.
